Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use NetPayFinder. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every form field has a visible label, and help text and errors are linked to their field.
- You can use every calculator with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- Results are announced to screen readers when they change.
- Charts always have a text alternative, and colour is never the only way information is shown.
- Pages work at 320 pixels wide and when zoomed to 400% without scrolling sideways.
- Text meets WCAG AA colour contrast in both light and dark mode.
- We test every page template with automated accessibility checks before each release.
Known limitations
- Adverts are supplied by third parties. We label them and keep them away from the calculators, but we can’t fully control their content or accessibility.
- Links to other websites, such as GOV.UK, go to pages we don’t control.
Report a problem
If something doesn’t work for you, email hello@netpayfinder.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
