Who we are

NetPayFinder is operated by Tech Mage (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/392539/07). We are the controller of the limited personal data described below. Contact us at hello@netpayfinder.co.uk.

We don’t collect or store what you enter

Every calculation runs in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us or stored by us. They only appear in the page address (the URL) so that you can bookmark or share a result. We don’t use first-party cookies, and we don’t save anything on your device.

Anonymous usage statistics

We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights to understand how the site is used and to spot errors. It is set up so that:

• it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device
• your IP address is not stored
• it records which pages are viewed, page speed, errors and, for calculations, only broad details such as a salary band (for example “£30k to £40k”), never the amounts you enter

We use this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reliable, useful website.

Advertising

The site is funded by advertising from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure adverts, including personalised adverts. Where the law requires it, you’ll be asked for your consent through Google’s consent message before this happens, and you can change your choice at any time.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Microsoft processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service, under Microsoft’s own terms.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they’re no longer needed.

International transfers

Google and Microsoft may process data outside the UK. They use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to or restrict how we use it
• withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time
