Estimates only

Our calculators and guides give estimates based on official rates and common assumptions. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and they can’t take every circumstance into account. Your actual pay depends on your employer’s payroll, your tax code and your personal situation. Check important decisions with HMRC or a qualified adviser.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the figures accurate and up to date, but we provide the site “as is” without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t try to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or use it for anything unlawful.

Embedding our calculator

You may embed our calculator on your own website free of charge using the code we provide, as long as the “Calculator by NetPayFinder” attribution link stays visible and unchanged. We may change or withdraw the embed at any time.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and code belong to us. Official data we reproduce, such as tax rates from GOV.UK, is used under the Open Government Licence. You may link to any page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
